Please edit the page and make a few changes and then hit the save button. This usually fixes this type of error.
Also make sure you update the theme and plugins. The theme plugins are not updated automatically so they have to manually be deleted and installed again from the theme plugins section.

Please try to make a new theme install via FTP to another sub-domain for testing, update all the plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.

Thank you. Problem Solved. I installed via FTP Tagdiv multi, Composer an social counter and everything works fine on my end! Now i have another problem. In social Counter Instagram Followers are wrong(909 counted and i have 940+). https://logotypos.gr. any thoughts?

Probably, your Instagram has not been refreshed. Clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results. Try with another Instagram ID and check the results.

i realised that no social counter is counting anymore(fb,twitter,instagram etc)

You should make the modifications to the mentioned files for Instagram. Then check the results.
