when I activate the Yoast SEO plugin, I can’t edit or create posts anymore. When I try to edit a post, “HTTP ERROR 500” appears. I need this plugin, how can I do?

In most cases 500 errors are caused by low WP-memory. As plugins are installed the memory will eventually get exhausted, most hosting providers are limiting it to 40M by default.
We recommend a value of 256M which would be decent for most websites. Check what is the value of the WP-memory in the theme system status panel. If needed increase it, or ask the hosting provider to increase it for you if possible
