Why I am getting this error frequently for your theme files

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We have allotted 600MB of Ram in wp-config
Please Try to solve the issue.

So i need to write to you as you asked to the other customer?
I’ve noticed that before having the error the Apache cache goes at maximum usage.
Nothing have changed in the last year so semething is going wrong on the theme.
