I have a playlist already made with 6 videos. When trying to add another one it doesn’t work. Doesn’t display anything not even the grey box. Help please.

Hello !
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

How do I clear the cache? Deactivated both plugins that arent tagdiv “Page Links To” & “Yoast SEO Premium” and still it doesn’t work.

CTRL + SHIFT + R on the page. For cache we recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ We have tested your website and everything seems to work fine.
