When we add youtube video post and select video format and do everything. It works great and automatically embed featured image from youtube. But the problem is, It create(embed) 2 same featured images.

For a video post, you need to select the video post type and only afterwards add your video. Leave the featured image section empty as the theme will grab the featured image from the video thumbnail. The featured image from the video is not displayed on the post itself. Also, if you use a featured video, make sure you use a video template: http://screencast.com/t/93m8mom8Y

Yes i know about this. You haven’t understand my issue. I am getting problem that after publishing video post the featured image is generated automatically. But the problem is featured image generate 2 times. When i go to media then here 2 same video post images show.

Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins which might appear. Try to clear all your caches and check the results.
