Hi Lucian,

Thanks for replying back. I spoke to administrator and they confirmed that this may be happening because of the BPS security, so they added the bypass script code
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} (admin-ajax\.php) [NC]
RewriteRule . – [S=2]

But still, the issue didn’t got solved. So, i have deactivated the BPS security, still issue remained the same. Do you know any other workaround which i can do or do i need to completely remove the WordPress from the site and then try everything from starting?
