FYI, I’m using the latest version of WordPress and PHP also. Server I’m using a local server from NetKL. Im trying to change the permalink but still can’t.

the problem is the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin can’t be activated. please refer the link below. Already try to active by manual but the error show as per link no 3.
