I have rest key from my old domain but when I check in my domain still i am not able to assign to new domain

On the front page, I have used a slider to display the latest news. Here is a screenshot of how it looks: https://prnt.sc/Yw4RGDlqF02r. I have also enabled the filter to display all post categories. However, I would like to exclude the Horoscope category from the latest news slider. Here is a screenshot of the filter settings: https://prnt.sc/k6rjxx6e72Hu.
