Can´t customize my theme - reply

Hi Catalin, thanks for your answer

The Customize option used to work, I have used it many times…but now I am redirected to this strange page.
I have updated to version 9 and reinstalled last wordpress version, but nothing changed…same issue

any idea?

Hi, the same issue happened to me.

To solve it, just update the Visual Composer plugging as follows:

1.- download your theme from the downloads page: http://themeforest.net/downloads

2.- Follow these instructions (deactivate plugging, delete it, upload ONLY the js_composer.zip and activate it):

I solved by myself!

Sorry, I uploaded the full folder (documentation, licence,..etc), and not the template folder!

Now its working! Thanks
