Hello,
We have all of these requirements.
I feel there’s an issue with WPML accordingly to what we were doing when the website crashed.
Hi!
There you go with the screenshots: https://www.swisstransfer.com/d/588d19f2-0634-44ca-be91-bb6ff50291f3
Our article is part of the first level category “health” and category second level “digestive system” and then third level “digestive problem”
At the bottom of the article, we have a related articles section called “single related post” which must show articles from the same category
BUT the category taken into account is the “health” category so the first level category while we want to display ONLY articles from the third category level “digestive problem”
How can we do that? Shall we change our third level categories into tags? or can we apply a sort of only this third level categories?
Thank you in advance,
And at the bottom of our articles, we have a module to share articles from the same category but same the category taken into account is the first level category not the subcategory.
Can we choose the level of category here or not?
Best,
Hello,
Thanks but this is not my question.
My question is: How can I do to ONLY display subcategories from level 2 in the mega menu.
Best regards,
This issue was fixed. Thank you!
Hello,
How can I do to send images here?
Best,
Note:
I think I’ve figure out how the templates translation works.
and error message disappeared from category pages.
Seems to be good for these 2 issues.
So I guess you can focus on the questions from my message:
“(…)
We’re using Flex Block 1 and Slide across several pages, including our homepage. However, even when we select “all categories,” no articles are displayed on these pages, despite having published some test articles.
Do you have any insight on why this might be happening?
What’s confusing is that on some other pages, the same setup works fine, which makes this inconsistency particularly frustrating.
Additionally, we have a question regarding category management: we’d like to display subcategories, but we want the last subcategory name to be shown instead of the top-level or alphabetically first category. How can we achieve this?
Thank you for your help!
Best regards,
A”
From what I noticed, we can select languages for the homepage so we were able to translate it properly.
However, for articles template or even header, when clicking on edit, we cannot modify the language as this section doesn’t appear.
And this is only a focus on translation.
We still have this issue with categories and way to filter it… which means we have 4 issues to solve at the moment:
1. translation issues
2. an error message ONLY on top of category pages (categories are not translated)
3. an issue displaying articles from one category even by applying the correct filters
4. a question on how to display subcategories/sort by subcategories instead of primary category
When do you think you will be able to check on our website for this category topic?
Because I tried to duplicate single page template or even header and we cannot change the language affected to the template which means we have element we cannot edit on our articles pages or even header…
Email sent with everything we have
Perfect!
neither cPanel…
Hello,
Few questions:
– For credentials: can I use contact@tagdiv.com as email?
– We don’t have FTP – just so you know
Indeed we weren’t in a translation issue but
1. an error message ONLY on top of category pages (categories are not translated)
2. an issue displaying articles from one category even by applying the correct filters
3. a question on how to display subcategories/sort by subcategories instead of primary category
Also, you mean that: Once I’ve duplicated all my templates, I can translate my articles “normally” like always with WPML? And so it works for all component like homepage, menu, category page etc.?
But how can you explain that by now there is this error message while we didn’t start translating anything? We simply set up WPML but didn’t start translations.
The original language of my website is French, does it still work?
Hello,
Yes we are using WPML
Nope, we didn’t assign a cloud template to a category after deleting it
Thanks to you 🙂
Solved. Thanks a lot for your help.
Regards,

As you can see the config is well done…
