Thanks for the response.
I followed your directives and the frontpage is now back online. (Still curious though, how it got changed in the first place, because the site was fine for months and I made no changes).

Thanks once again.

However, I’m still unable to edit the page with TD Composer, (Even after adding the code to htaccess, as directed). The panel shows on the left, but the big rolling icon (that shows it’s loading) just keeps going on continuously without ever starting.

Please help.

Apologies for the delay.
Thanks for the support.
I increased the WP memory limit from 64MB to 128MB but nothing changed.
TD Composer still does not load; and I’m still unable to navigate through the “Theme Panel” of the theme: anything I click there just takes me back to the top of the page.

The problems in the links provided aren’t related to mine.

I contacted my hosting provider and they said it’s not a server problem when they checked.

Please does this mean I can not use the theme on my WordPress website?

It is not a theme update, this is my first installation of your theme.

I currently use News Tube and it works just fine with Visual Composer.

I purchased Newsmag because I wanted to give the site a new feel and user experience.

Kindly help me look at this issue.

I just read your instructions here;

When I try to create a new page, the tagDiv composer icon is no where to be found.

Please help, I purchased this theme because I want to use it on the site, previous themes don’t give us issues like this.

So what do I do now?

I had to hire someone who helped me revert to the old theme before I could regain access to the dashboard again.

We have over 3000 posts on the website and upon activating the theme I lose dashboard access. So how do I go about installing the theme?

I need your advice ASAP!
