I’m too getting this error

I’ve re-install all the plugins but still getting this error. I’m getting this error in huge numbers. Please help me to resolve it.

Previously you guys just resolved my issue on this but after Newspaper 7.4 update again I m seeing the delay in loading up. Again I m seeing Blue colour instead of my own custom set colour.

Please resolve my issue.

First of all really thanks for replying back to me and really appreciate your support on my issue. Actually, I am little confused about your given code. Have I to paste it in style.css by replacing the current codes on it? or I have to add it externally in the down section of style.css . Please Andrei, Guide me little more on this issue, Where I have to paste your given custom CSS in the stylesheet or I need to replace something? I really sorry for not understanding it as I am not that much of expert in editing stylesheets. I really appreciate your hard work by giving support to us.

I am facing same the same problem. When my website opens then for only 1 sec my sticky menu and trending button colour becomes black then after 1 sec it comes to original set colour. I am facing this problem after installing speed booster plugin. Please help me to resolve my issue.
