Hi,

I have checked the website in Incognito mode but still Content is NOT Showing on both desktop https://prnt.sc/Du9PPR9e_sqz and mobile https://prnt.sc/DnhLF6ldRc5r. It shows only Gibberish and nothing else.

Please help and do the needful at your end and resolve the problem ASAP.

Hi Bettina,

I have scanned the WordPress and based on the scan report, it appears that the ClamAV antivirus scan did not find any infected files or known viruses.

I have also checked with the hosting provider they are of the view that it is a theme plugin issue.

Please help urgently and if possible please involve your technical support team to resolve this issue immediately.

Hi,

As you suggested, I deleted the cache and also tried to remove and re-add the mobile logo and retina logo. But it still not showing. https://prnt.sc/Ms9oBJ1ycW-a

Can you please try to do this from your end?
