the “unassign” option is grayed out, I can’t click on it.
Indeed, as I said to Calin who took over the website, the problem is related to the permalink, as soon as I modify the type of permalink, my license is no longer recognized; if I return to simple permalink, the license is recognized. But I don’t want to stay in simple permalink, on my old website I had changed the type of permalink and I didn’t have this license problem. Please find me a solution!

It’s not clear to me because on 20th December Bettina tells me that it’s one license key for a single product, so I deduce a single website. And today, you tell me that we can use a license key for 2 sites. I don’t understand very well.
In any case, I followed your recommendations, namely:
– reset the license key from every website
– remove the theme (delete)
– assign the key on my new website
But despite this, my license key doesn’t work on my new site.
Can’t you deactivate my license key and just give me another one?
If not, approximately how long do I have to wait for the expiration time to make my key available again?
Do you recommend that I do a “reset key” on my new site and wait (but how long before testing again)?

Hello Bettina, i’m just reset the license key from every website and I remove the theme from every website. Then, I activated the license on my new website but the license seem always not recognized, here the message in the update sub menu: “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key”
by twice, I tried to reset the key on this new website and a reboot system but same problem.
The system status is OK.
