Yes, I did migrate database. URLs might be the problem, according to documentation you provided above.
We’re actually moving server/hosting provider, but will keep same domain name, so for now I’m running WP install with Newspaper Theme on a subdomain (already with new host). Old site’s still live, running on old server.
Do I have to change URLs to subdomain and then to main domain when going live officially on new server?

I’m not a developer, I usually work with WP import/export, but this is my first time migrating servers. Quite scary :/
