Wrong url category in related articles - reply

The same to me…
I tried to re-save custom permalink (/%category%/%postname%/) – error: Page and category page not found
I tried to do new article without category – error disappears
Setting /%category%/%postname%/ – Page and category page not found

In my opinion there is problem with category page and the category page is the reason of “page not found”. How to resolve the problem?
