It’s now Feb 02/03 -I first reported this issue in Dec 2022. I don’t think you are really giving any seriousness to the issue.

After using your theme for four years I am going to have to change to a different theme supplier then if you won’t fix a fault with your AMP/mobile theme.

Shame…..

FYI – Hi, i’ve done a series of tests by building a separate website and submitting it to Google News. Just using your mobile theme, it all appears fine in Google News app on iOS and Android, however, it’s when i install the official AMP PLUGIN (that you recommend), that causes a white page to appear in Google News, so the issue is def between your mobile plugin and the Google News app.

Is there any update on this? I’ve removed all plugins except yours as a test to ensure its not a compatibility issue and still having a problem. Google reported that they believe your mobile theme and the AMP plugin have conflicts somewhere, but obviously arn’t going to launch an investigation as its not their product (its yours)

For your investigation, my Google news channel is:

Another publisher using your template with the same issue, their channel is:

You are deflecting the problem – the fact two websites using your template have reported the same issue, you’ve a responsibility to investigate the problem and come up with a fix. If a news template doesn’t work with Google News, then it frankly isn’t fit for purpose!

That’s not really a solution, but i’ve done what you’ve suggested and left it for 12 hours – still the same issue happening. This is a major problem for me, as i generate most of my revenue from Google News/Google Discovery.

I have a developer who’s actioned everything in your requirements and your advice, but that’s had no effect

No, its in reference to the category sections.
e.g. if you go to: https://www.heritagedaily.com/category/anthropology

Then scroll down and click on page 2 – taking you to:
https://www.heritagedaily.com/category/anthropology/page/2

The next and following category pages still only show the first page articles
