I always try to update via Envato market plugin and it never works. It would be so much more convenient to do it that way. Is there a reason why it doesn’t work that way?

oh so 4 products is a standard for this theme? If I modify the code that way will that be a problem upon update?

I added the spaces and it still does the same thing.
displays exactly as written instead of calling the current page and total pages

Hi no I didn’t understand that its predefined. The content should just populate in that footer automatically correct? probably random posts? but its not populating is what I mean.

Ok, I’m not quite sure how to do a clean install. You mean delete the theme folder and reupload manually using FTP?

Yes I uderstand its just simple block. I want to use the prebuilt block but there is no content populating in the block that is the issue.

Ok, so I’ve turn off plugins and cleared cache and I still have the same issue.
However I’ve also noticed my WPML translated products have a different layout and don’t have the same issue.

Oh great thanks. I was using a child theme before but it was causing some issues. If I’m going to use custom CSS I think it better that I change to using a child theme right? or will those CSS settings stay in place when the theme updates?

If I should use a child theme, do you have I file I can download. Creating the child theme myself I feel like caused a bunch of issues.

If the bottom box grid style is the only options I have, how can I customize the colour of the bottom box?

Thats what this site is, it is a brand new site clean install. Its the same problem as the other site I tried to use the theme. Other the WPML and woocommerce I have no other plugins. Please help as the issue is consistent.

Ok, so I mentioned in another topic that I had to move newspaper theme to another site, because it wasn’t working well on my stream the planet site. I’m not going to use newspaper anymore on the other site and just use it here. So I’ve tested this exact same setup on another site. And I can duplicate the issue. So both TagDiv and VC are active, I create the post and body content under side bar

You were right about the child theme, once I changed to the main theme, I am able to use both VC and Tagdiv without the layout breaking.
