So I deactivated all of the additional plugins and reset the mega-menu to the way I wanted it. Then I re-activated all of the plugins that I had deactivated and all appears to be working. I don’t know if it was a code overwriting issue but it appears to have resolved the issue. Please consider this issue resolved. Again thank you for your dedication to the product.

Confused…. I noticed that the greeting on your last post was to Jaypee and that my email to you and the post are still unresolved. was this an error? was the previous message intended for another post? If so have you figured out what is wrong with the mega menu?

this is not a plugin conflict as I have double checked that.I have no custom code that I have added to the theme, and I am not using a child theme…please advise further…

A quick note to anyone reading this thread if you are having the same issue, check that your image upload is set to the full size and that you are not using the thumbnail version!!! that was the solution that TagDiv found for us and it worked….kinda like magic.
