Fixed this. It was the minify on Cloudflare that was causing the issue 🙂

Thanks – I’ve turned that off and put Cloudflare into dev mode and cleared cache etc but still no luck.

Version 8.1 has broken my site and I can’t edit the homepage anymore! Would like to downgrade back to 8.0, where can I get it please?

The trouble is that images with an ALT tag are much better for SEO.
