Actually that was not it. I think its an issue with the newspaper Crypto Pro themes multiple image sizes its using and im using OctoLooks Scraper to download images from other websites to my media and then use and embed. Im seeing like 16 different photo sizes in the media folder but a lot are blank and throw up some error when trying to view the image and on the webpage is a blank or grey holder where said image should be. Any help is much appreciated.

Welp im a fool and found the issue it was the quota size on the server was maxed out lol i never set it to more then 1gb smh thanks anyways haha

LOL i just want to laugh and say thank you so much @Calin for that ha. I have been searching tweaking going nuts trying to figure out why my mobile theme would not display the logo even though it was set in the newspaper theme panel and i had it in the template but i did not click over to the little phone mobile icon in the theme template. All is fixed now thanks.
