checked it with Safari on MAC, same problem.
– URL is changing (showing #anchor after click on menu-link)
– but mobile menu still open and when i close it manually on “X” still showing the top of the homepage – not the position with row-ID…)

yes, thats the way i did it
custom link like this

row ID is row on homepage…

Tried exverything that is written here https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/ but still the same grey page

All parameters are fine
wp-config too

what else could cause the problem?
