Hi, Anamaria,
I followed the directions and deleted the object cache file, yet the large margins persist.
I was wondering if you had any other ideas?
Thank you so much.
Yes, thank you for your response. As I mentioned, I’d already tried that.
Here is what it looks like in the tdcomposer:

As you can see in the above example, I have the padding set to “0” and in the tdcomposer, the margins/padding looks like I want it to.
But from the front end, it still looks like this with tons of padding:

I’m not sure what the problem is, and hoping you can help me.
Thank you so much.
Thank you, Calin. I appreciate your help.
Am composing an email to you now.
I figured this problem out. 🙂 I had a site border set to “2,” so it was doing that instead of the boxed mode.
Thank you again.
Hi, Calin,
Thank you so much! That works perfectly.
I appreciate your time.
Hi,
Thank you so much for this code, however, it does not work. I tried that one before I wrote on the forum for help.
The code I have for hiding the duplicate likes in the footer is:
.single .td-footer-page .sharedaddy {
display: none;
}
So, I’ve tried different selectors with no luck.
.single .sharedaddy – this hides all the likes. I don’t know what the selector should be for that area of the post template, just under the comments.
I hope showing you what I’ve tried helps.
Thank you again so much.
Hi, again.
I was able to fix the menu “home” tab on my end. It was a dumb mistake I made that you inadvertently led me to. I thank you for that and for your patience.
The only thing I need help with now is figuring out how to hide the duplicate likes.
Thanks again.
Hello,
There is only one post right now that I’m using the template on. It’s the most recent post HERE. I did not use the template on all the posts yet because of the duplicate likes.
Please note, the duplicate likes are beneath the comments section as pictured here: IMAGE
I’ve checked my parameters as per your link, and it looks as if they are fine. Please see IMAGE.
My menu appears to be saving normally. I do not know what the issue is.
Thank you.
Hi, Catalin, thank you for your response.
For the likes… The JetPack information does not help me because I do not want to turn likes off. I want to hide the duplicate likes that are appearing under the comments on my posts when I use the theme template. This does not happen when I do not use the template.
In my previous ticket that I mentioned, likes were duplicated under the footer when I implemented a footer page. I was then given a CSS snippet to hide the duplicate likes.
As far as I can tell, this cannot be done through any JetPack settings. I still think I need to use CSS to hide the duplicate. Please help, if you can.
As for moving the “Home” tab in my main menu… please note that what I explained was that even though I moved my home tab in Appearances>Menus, it still appeared at the head of the menu (first tab) on the site. So, this does not answer my problem either.

Thank you for answering my question about my header in search. I understand and look forward to the update.
Thank you so much, Calin. Your suggestions worked wonderfully and I appreciate it.
