Hi! We have the most recent theme version and WordPress version 6.8.1 installed. We create and edit our posts with Gutenberg, the classic WordPress editor, but this persistent error is hindering our workflow. As a medical news website requiring daily updates, this issue significantly impacts our operations.

Hi!
We use the Newspaper theme on our website. For about 4 or 5 months now, we’ve been getting the following error constantly when trying to publish a post. Typically, our posts only include the featured image, although we sometimes include an extra image or a YouTube URL.

JSON error: “Update failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.”

We’ve enabled WP debug mode, and the error keeps recurring is the following:
PHP ​​Deprecated: parse_str(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated in /var/www/html/wp-content/themes/NewspaperMyP/functions.php on line 75

Can you help us, please?
