Thanks, i embedded font-awesome by adding

<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css">

under custom html and then adding

.td-icon-meetup:before {
font-family: FontAwesome;
content: "\f2e0";
}

in custom css

i also added

'meetup' => 'Meetup',

to ..Newsmag/includes/wp_booster/td_social_icons.php

so i can add a link from the theme panel>social icons

it would be nice if this was added to a future version of newsmag, to make the theme even better!

Unfortunately changing the font size is not an option. Which media-queries do I have to change in order to get the results i want? Thanks for your support!

The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
You can’t update Visual Composer directly from it’s producer.
You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings.
We provide updates on a regular basis, after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder

i realized it’s because of the .td-header-main-menu in style.css of the parent theme (i am using a child theme)

i did

.td-header-main-menu {
background-color: transparent
}

but is there a better way? because when I update the theme it will happen again
