I have the same problem. Have 3 licenses for newspaper. tagDiv Mobile Theme runs on 2 websites without problems but not activated on 3 websites. The old mobile page is displayed there all the time. Deleting the cache, deactivating plugins and reinstalling did not help.

Small addendum, I run PHP 7.4 on all 3 websites, so it can’t be because of that. Otherwise none of the 3 websites would work. The mobile theme works on the website http://www.weihnachts.city. However, the mobile theme does not work on http://www.tracklist.club.
