I contacted Molongui support, they suggested adding a small script in functions.php , but it didn’t solve the problem.

There is a Placeholder option in the theme, so when there is no feature image, the theme will automatically display a default image.

However, even sending the image and enabling the placeholder, the theme is not displaying the image in the mobile version.
