I turned enabled category tags for all modules and it didn’t change anything.

2. I am not using any blocks to display these posts on the home page, so I am not sure how to use infinite pagination. I have select “All Categories” in “Post Loop Setting”.

I am not using any blocks here because it doesn’t show right-hand side bar when I use blocks for that.
