Hi Calin,
I could live with that, even though I would like to have them not in a slider, but I don’t understand why the author’s name and date are only displayed on the first two posts. All of them should have the same info. Can you please shine some light on that?
Thank you for your reply. We are using WP Bakery. Your mobile plugin used to break our site so we disabled it a long time ago. Please advice.
Hi, we have a problem with our big grid not showing all posts (should be 7), and only on two posts the date and the author on mobile (every post should have the author and date). Please see here: https://dealerscope.com
I tried that and it doesn’t work. Nothing changes.
Hi, We still have the problem when setting up regular pages that the page gets divided into 2/3 1/2 by default. Can you send us some code that prevents that?
Send
I tried all that and it does not work. The theme has general problem displaying pages without a sidebar. If we remove that option it squeezes all layouts to the left or simply ignores the setting. I would appreciate if you could take a look at our backend.
The “All Posts” page will get a separate tab in the menu bar. I just need the posts to be displayed correctly in 3 columns with an excerpt and a read more button. Please advice.
I did that and instead of displaying 3 columns (I am using Block 16) it looks like that: https://dealerscope.com/all-posts/
Thanks, it helped with the copy but not with embedded forms. We like to center them but no matter which page layout we choose they get pushed to the left. See link: https://dealerscope.com/dealerscope-2021-40-under-40-awards/
I just disabled plugins and the home page still look out of wack. All other pages and post pages are fine – it’s just the home page that has a display problem. Please let me know how you can hep us to solve this.
Hi,
We have not done any custom changes – can you please take a look what the problem might be. I am happy to send you a WP login. We just need to solve this ASAP please.
That worked. Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you, We pasted the code but the first text field still has the line going through.
Hi, We have the same problem again. I just created three text boxes to add self hosted videos to the home page. All three text boxes have a vertical divider running through my assets. Below is the link, the videos are on the home page midsection main content.
Please advice.
We found the error. We deactiveated AMP and tagDiv Mobile Theme and now its working. You might want to look into this!
Can you give us an approximately time frame when this issue is going to be fixed? Some important other plugins don’t work anymore on our website because we can’t update to the newest HP version because of your theme.
Thank you that worked!
Never mind. Found it!
