I checked and tried to add an in-line image without using LaTeX but it still looks like this even using the inline image function in Gutenberg.

Really appreciate the fact that you took the time to take a look at my issue. So the problem is that the text you are seeing is actually written like this in the wordpress editor.

The plugin WP-QuickLaTeX then converts $\phi$ into the proper symbol, creates an image, and then places the image in-line. The plug-in creator says that some themes’ default CSS adds line breaks before/after each image, which may be the issue. Is that a possibility here, and if so, how do I force the image in-line, rather than having the greek letter symbol on its own line each time?

Hi,

But AMP page should never show up on desktop right? Why does AMP show up for desktop users because of cache?
