May I know Which Premium Theme You used.

You can increase this in your php.in or htaccess file located in cpanel-public html-your file- php.in or htaccess file, here you can increase your limit with edit file option.

your theme documentation has all these requirements with solution check it once.

Now you can do one thing, select the default theme (Thirteen seventeen)in your WordPress, then install the plugin from WP-Dashboard in the New Plugin section “jQuery Migrate Helper plugin” but not activated, then upload a fresh theme from your folder and recommended plugins.

Let’s Try another way for backup first, you can go Cpanel – your website folder in public HTML then download your all files and another same process does for SQL database downloading in the Cpanel backup wizard.

I Have also faced this problem Suddenly with tagDIV composer is not loading. I cannot create a new page nor update an existing page. It doesn’t go beyond the loading screen.
