Gracias, Calin. Ya hemos visto que nos contestaste al mail (no sabíamos si contestar por allí o por aquí).

Efectivamente, ahora sí funciona correctamente (perdona por molestar para lo que seguro que era una tontería, no somos informáticos, perdón).

Ya podemos seguir investigando y probando la nueva plantilla (no es tan sencilla como esperábamos, jeje).

Esperamos no molestar mucho más. Gracias por la ayuda!!

Perdona, cuando nos dices que os mandemos un email incluyendo acceso a wp-admin, te refieres a las claves para acceder al panel de control de wp??

Gracias por la ayuda.

El problema que vemos es que le damos al botón de IMPORT TEMPLATE, y ese menú grande no desaparece, y ese pop up en el que hay que confirmar (https://i.imgur.com/NcO4ySz.png) vemos que aparece pero en la parte de atrás, y cuando le damos a la X (para salir), desaparece el pop up para confirmar también.

Hemos repetido la acción cientos de veces y no nos hace caso. No sabemos qué hacemos mal.

The problem we see is that we click on the IMPORT TEMPLATE button, and that big menu does not disappear, and that pop up where you have to confirm (https://i.imgur.com/NcO4ySz.png) we see that it appears but in the back, and when we press the X (to exit), the pop up to confirm also disappears.
