Finally!! went through and reupdated the theme, deleted older plugins and reuploaded/activated the new ones via the Update files in Newspaper and it seems to be working.

THIS is why I had to restore a previous version of my site and go back down to a Newspaper theme that was working.

I updated my site’s FTP to the new Newspaper theme and, once again, I have an error and NO FRONT/HOME PAGE on my site. (VERY BAD!!) http://www.theautoreporter.com

@Chris: How do I update the plugins?

The way I’ve been doing this is put the Newspaper folder (previously a zip file within the Newspaper-tf zip) into my WP-Content folder via FTP. Then go back into WP backend and ‘Activate’ it.

@Catalin: I had to restore a previous version of my site when the FTP upload failed to correctly install. I’m working on that first thing this morning and will post as soon as it succeeds/fails. 🙂

When I upload and activate the newest version of Newspaper, should the VC and Soc.Ctr. plugins also automatically update through this FTP process? Thanks!
