I have the same problem. After composing a post on my desktop, I click PREVIEW (I’m using the classic editor plugin), and a sort of a rendering of a mobile website shows up without the main post graphic, the text and graphics placeholder runs off the right edge, and it doesn’t completely load in any case.

I tried deactivating each of my many plugins, cleared the cache, and checked the Status page where everything checks out as green, and am still faced with the problem.

Ah! Yes you’re right that did work. And the other normal way didn’t.

In case this helps anybody find a solution, I had been logged-in in two different browsers. I logged-out of one, and I cannot log back into that one. The other browser, where I remained logged-in, still works. I can post, etc. If I log-out of that one, I will be stuck I guess.
