May I suggest that you change the order in which you respond to client requests so that any new posts do not send the thread to the back of the line again.

I only posted again twice as I was getting frustrated with the wait.

It took almost 24 hours to get a reply to my answer which is too long for me to wait for help. I paid extra money with my license for technical support – can you tell me what that extra money is paying for?
