Sorry, just realized my support had lapsed – just paid up. Size is kidzu.co. Just ensured everything was updated but nothing is working. Need some help please.
Hi Calin,
No, the logo you see is some kind of strange default – no idea where it comes from (your Header system is confusing – why isn’t the logo that’s actually loaded and showing in my theme settings not showing?). Is there a way for me to securely provide you with login details so you can see for yourself?
No, didn’t work. Ultimately, I went back and ‘restored’ an older version of my site because I couldn’t figure it out. Something changed after your cloud templates update and it is ruining my site – the posts all come out truncated. I need someone to look at the site and help me understand what has gone wrong! The homepage is fine, but when you click on an individual post, they show up very strange and truncated.

Helloooooo? If I can’t get support, please refund the recently updated support payment I made. Very frustrated at this point.
Embarrassed I didn’t think of that. Thanks 🙂
I agree. Odd you guys don’t mention the need to actually activate AdSense on the site with the Google script, since that’s the very first step in Google’s process.
Actually, just found a plugin that solves the problem for me. In case anyone else is interested, thus far works like a charm. https://wordpress.org/plugins/open-external-links-in-a-new-window/
I’ve asked the WP avatar folks to have a look first. If they can’t decipher you’re next! Thanks 🙂
Hey, that’s even better! You guys really do an amazing job, thanks!
Hey guys, the auto-updater in the Themes folder, however, works just fine. You might just want to update your instructions to explain that it works fine there vs. through the Envato setup. Worked like a charm. Thx.
I’ve used 30+ themes from Themeforest, this is the first and only time the auto-updater hasn’t worked and I’ve been encouraged to use a diff path. I hope you guys rectify this. (Esp given the security alert I got today, which could be fixed almost instantly if I could simply auto-update the theme).
