Amp canonical issue- Google is not able to find and index amp pages - reply

Its not about the working , its working fine but google has deindexed the amp pages and there is no canonical tag for amp pages for both mobile and desktop code.

How will google find the amp pages as it needs canonical url for amp.

Top stories and google news has stopped showing our site.

all is fine at system status and everything is green. Its working on staging version on the same server , we are using a dedicated server with 16 gb ram
