I have already done all of this with Catalin! The obfuscation and delays at tagDiv are unbelievable. This issue is now more than four days old and you’re treating a customer – with two licences for this product – very, very poorly. Why wasn’t I given this email last week? It would have saved an enormous amount of time and heartache. Why hasn’t Catalin attempted yet to login to the site with the URL, ID and admin password provided last week? Why doesn’t your support site accept attachments? I will repeat the email to Catalin wight away. I sincerely hope you will then stop blaming the customer. As stated I have only ever updated when either the Newspaper theme Plugin page says so or when Codecanyon/tagDiv/Envato advise me to!

How do I attach links and screen shots? The link just sent (twice) disappears on Submit and according to Catalin, the attachment I keep sending is not readable: making tagDiv the only destination that cannot receive an Apple Mac screen shot.

Dear Simion C.,

I have NEVER updated VC other than when it shows up in Plugins as requiring an Update or when tagDiv/Codecanyon/Envato do similar!

So, I am still needing to learn why it’s not working as advertised – and as detailed in the attached screen shot:

Seems Catalin that my responses to your email, including admin access to kayhanlife.com are not getting through yet it seems to this hapless client that there’s no way here to attach the screen shot you’ve asked for? Please elaborate? Yours sincerely, Corrie

I replied to your email Catalin. I cannot see how I can add a screen shot here. Tried above but clearly hasn’t worked. The website is kayhalife.com
