Hlw, my site Europenewswire.net is News publishing service provide.
It has much child site where continuously publishing news using feed.
But the problem is- I need to create XPATH of single news title to grab it perfectly on child site.
XPATH needs a unique class/ID of title of single page. But Unfortunately I see your Newspaper theme use common class for single news title and other all template news title. That is very hard to create XPATH. that’s why I need a custom or unique calss

Hlw, I want to override single news page title.
<h1 class=”entry-title”>news title….</h1>

here I want to add a new class like <h1 class=”entry-title my_custom_class”>news title….</h1>

but how can I override this file by child theme ?
I got the exact file of this title that is :
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php

will it be work If I copy this file into directly child theme ?

I tried to replace a no thumb image by “Newspaper-child theme”
But it not works actually:
I created below path on child theme:
public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/legacy/Newspaper/assets/images/no-thumb/td_696x0.png

But the “no thumb image” still come from Main theme part

I’m bit confused what you meant.
I want to replace “no-thumb/td_696x0” from Newspaper child theme so that If I Update Newspaper main theme then it don’t effect no-thumb/td_696x0

I will have many articles on website which don’t have their featured image.

and I see the placeholder image come from :

(right now I have changed this image on main directory)
My question is-
# Is there have any option on Theme panel to change this no-thumb/td_696x0 image with my own image ?

# if you don’t have this option on theme panel, Can you suggest me- How can I manipulate/replace this image using child theme ? Because I’m using child theme of newspaper.

I had uploaded a my image from Theme panel > Template setting > Thumbs on block/module
Even I had regenerated by recommended plugin but it not works for me.

It worked for me.
First of all you need to reset key from existing website if you have the website activated license.

Then get back to new website where you want to reactivate the license. then deactivate all other plugin except Newspaper native then you should try to activate and it should work.

I have reset Keys from “System status” of existing website (https://arabnewswire.com/)

And when I try to activate it to new website by putting Envato purchase code and email (https://autoarabia.me)

it spinning a bit and no response return after click “Activate” button.

I think it is not professional that I have to deactivate every time all another plugin to update “Newspaper theme”.

However, I had deactivated and tried to update theme but still same issue persist.
