Thanks for getting back to me; the plugin was actually able to fix the problem for me!
I submitted a refund request on Envato Market and I’d like that cancelled please.

Edit: I had to remove the theme from my website as it just wasn’t functional. I took some screengrabs of the above examples to show you the problem:

I did submit a refund request on Envato Market but I’d really like to fix the issue rather than get a refund. I’ll need a refund if there’s nothing to be done.
