Really that’s the support you offer? I have followed the instructions each time we removed and re-installed the theme, even removing the theme entries from our database to make sure it’s a clean install.

Do you have any other suggestions? The error comes up every time we activate the cloud template plugin.

I’ve gone through and disabled all plugins. This is the error message that comes up in the developer console.
