I followed the guide to get API KEY, but there is an error in the guide.

The problem still persists. Sorry but this thing now is really creating problems with my client. I also tried to put the htaccess file but the result does not change. I reset my purchase key, deleted all word press (including theme of course), and installed all over again. The result is the same. The parameters in the system status are all ok.
