(Solved) Hi, now everything is much clearer and works perfectly. Thank you

Sure I tried but they don’t come out the same size. But even from the video you sent me they are not all the same and as mentioned previously you will be able to notice it from the screenshot. So it’s not right for you to ask me this question. Then, again video that you sent me previously, and from the screenshot I took from your video you can check it too. Furthermore, always following your instructions, if you try to do a test for “mobile” viewing you will notice that it is not displayed correctly. We are circling around my request without resolving it

I saw the video you sent me. But in the end, the outermost blocks of flex block 5 are not the same size as the central three as shown by the screenshot taken from your video: https://prnt.sc/YzUwum-7BAtR. How do you get all 5 of them the same size?

ersandrino

I saw the video and thank you. But from what you created, six inner rows are formed in the end. If I have to insert 5 flex block 5 modules I will have one left over at the end as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/wnCEXiZNqacZ . You sent me the two links to these pages: https://tagdiv.com/flexibility-rows-columns-newspaper-theme/ and then this: https://tagdiv.com/how-to-add-delete-and- duplicate-row-newspaper-theme/ but I can’t center the 5 blocks making them all appear aligned in the center with identical lateral spaces to be able to center it.

as I wrote to you, I should have 5 different flex block5 elements for each block. The example you gave me is not suitable. To make you understand better, each of these 5 elements of flex block 5 will then have to include articles with different categories.

I think the problem is on my vps server. I tried migrating the entire site to another hosting and it works fine. So the problem is definitely on the server. Considering that the problem is now definitely isolated on the server, what can you think of to solve the problem? What are the most common server-facing issues that prevent this theme feature from working properly?

I also tried on other browsers but it doesn’t work! I also tried on another PC, mobile tablet but it doesn’t work. I just sent you a private email on: contact@tagdiv.com

I solved the problem on my own and spent the whole night in front of the terminal eradicating the threat by cleaning the db and the corrupt files, hoping that everything is working now. Now, unfortunately I’m here to say that this theme has a very serious security problem (for many years) on plugins that are not secure. One of these is the composer plugin and from all the updates you send it is never able to be definitively resolved. Most malfunctions and attacks happen through your plugins! Unfortunately there is also the matter of the speed of the site which is very slow and always due to heavy elements.
I’m really sorry to write it here in this discussion because I’ve been purchasing the template for years but now, before recommending it to some of my clients I’ll think about it more.

i have the problem with wp-zexit. My version is newspaper: 11.5.1

This the code of the malware inside in some page: https://prnt.sc/dr7LcY9fg5SR

How do I solve the problem? If you want I can provide you with the credentials. The issue is quite urgent

It is now well known that he is the composer. But it is also known that several years have passed and you still cannot find a solution to definitively resolve the problem.

Thank you for the suggestion, but I would like to answer you here too. Tagdiv offers a template for sale with different “graphics”, and if I decide to buy a template because I find it interesting that it has some functions, why should I have slowdowns during loading?

It would be more correct for you to have different prices based on the templates. Pay the performing ones more and pay the less performing ones less.

I repeat, that the speed tests I carried out were done directly from your sales portal! You even recently created this latest template: URBAN EDGE which gives terrible results on the main Google portal as shown by this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/6il5G99NgP_m.
I have a strange feeling of scam when

i too have the same problem. Now in this template there are many ajax-type requests which burden the server making the site slow. I noticed that your templates do not pass the PageSpeed Insights tests with flying colors and the value provided is really poor considering that I ran the test on all your templates for sale ( https://prnt.sc/b16eu0gECCG2 ) . The biggest problem is your plugins. After years of using newspaper as a news template, your updates have not led to major improvements in terms of speed. When do you plan to release a more powerful version? If it doesn’t get resolved soon I think I’ll choose another template at this point. Thank you

ersandrino

I have seen this guide. But if I wanted to put only the Georgia font how can I insert it avoiding Times, “Times New Roman”, serif?
thsi the screenshot by manager panel: https://prnt.sc/BrfziVmohwYA

did you solve the problem?

ersandrino

solved with this code that was inserted in the theme control panel in the google analytics section.

Thankyou Anamaria

The code to hide the images is as follows:

<style>

@media
print {
img {
display: none!important;
}
}
</style>

okay. Could you keep me updated as soon as possible given that it’s an annoying pagination problem!

ersandrino

Thanks for the example but I’m not interested in the one on your site. I’m interested in the block that I reported to you and with which I built my site. How long will I have to wait for the problem to be resolved?

ersandrino
tagDiv Member

I keep repeating that the problem is not solved and you probably don’t quite understand what I mean.

I just put the video of your block on youtube (taken from your site): https://youtu.be/JWTHqMSQNq8

where you can see that the left column alignment does not follow the right column part.

The browser used is incognito (chrome but also on firefox the behavior is the same). You may investigate your site before providing you with access to the site.

ersandrino
tagDiv Member

I did exactly what you are showing me but the question does not change: https://prnt.sc/LmupAFAiOht0

I tried to go into incogniot and clear the cache but nothing changes!

Have you tried resizing your browser by moving it manually? You will notice that the two columns shift incorrectly and do not follow the left column. Responsive doesn’t work as it should.

ersandrino
tagDiv Member

Thanks but the problem still exists!

Try shrinking your browser window (thus simulating smaller laptop screens) and you’ll see the problem. The two right-hand columns descend with respect to the left-hand column. I’ll show you with this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/_pn_qXDoDv8a

Responsive doesn’t snap to the three columns at the same time, aligning them all together. It may happen that the alignment is different.

I await the correction

Thank you
