I checked that and all looks good, in fact, I now see that this only affects the home page

The menu works on other normal post pages

Activating Woocommerce disables mega menu and search - reply

Here are two screenshots

The first is with every plugin on the site deactivated, all that is running here is the theme itself and the menu works fine until i activate woocommerce and boom, no more nice working search and menu.
