This is the same problem I’ve been having since I upgraded and updated. The icons for editing individual blocks are not there. I can only move or delete whole blocks but not edit. Please help. I haven’t been able to use any of the really nice looking homepage templates.

I am trying to edit my home page but it is not working. I have updated the vc pluglin and still no change. please help.
