Your suggestion helped. I deleted the plugin and then reinstalled it from scratch to get it to work.

Thanks Vlad. We are not using the cloud library template though for single posts. We are using the style 3 template in theme panel > post settings > default post template.

The blockquote color is also set to #e7343f in theme panel > theme colors > content > posts.

We also tried to add custom css in theme panel > custom code to enforce text color of all blockquotes but were unable to get the result.

Hi, yes the setting is saved and the tagdiv standard pack plugin is active with its latest version.
