There was no way. They say the problem is yours!

If I pass the FTP access, do you review this problem? I’m worried because I paid and I have a deadline to deliver.

There’s no way! I deleted the theme and installed it by ftp and now it got worse! Nothing opens! Help me, I need the site up in the air!

The error continues! I followed all the steps of the video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7VrzytusLA), increased the define (‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); No wp-config, and nothing! Please, I need this working!
