Hi Ana,
I agree, but it does.

These are the links I am sending you to demonstrate the template names are showing up( tdb_templates/custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ and /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/)

I created the page, loaded the template, assigned the specific post type, save(from tag div composer, and click view. When it loads on the front end it uses the name of the templates instead of the post type or taxonomy.

When i try to do the same using the cloud template for /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/ and /custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ it does not let me. it gives this message: Invalid template type! Please make sure your are editing a supported template type title.
I would add screen grabs but there is nowhere to attach files.

This is what I am trying to fix.

Any guidance on how to fix?

Hello
This link does not help my problem.
I already have the slug of the custom post created as directed from the link you sent (4. If You Have Already Created a Custom Post Type (CPT) Using register_post_type Function – https://www.scratchcode.io/how-to-change-custom-post-type-slug-in-wordpress/)

My problem is i am using the cloud template for the custom taxonomy in one case (https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/tdb_templates/custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/) and the cloud template for the custom post type in another (https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/) but I cannot edit the bold italic part of the these links,

example: i used a regular template for https://theledger.whatchacatchin.com/podcasts-directory/ and I was able to edit the the page title from what the original title was to podcast directory from the tagdiv composer at the top of the composer above where it says Welcome to tagdiv composer. When i try to do the same using the cloud template for /tdb_templates/blank-custom-post-type/ and /custom-taxonomy-doctors-pro-3/ it does not let me. it gives this message: Invalid template type! Please make sure your are editing a supported template type title.

How can I edit this?

HEllo Sorry for the delay I didn’t realize you responded.

The added element was a button the custom acf was a url. when I entered the acf field name in the button url field by itself the button was just linking back to the same page. I searched the forum and saw a method of using {acf field name} or something similar for external links, but I may have accidentally used [afc field name] when I saved it I received the error and was now longer able to see the preview- only the error.

It doesn’t seem like any of the other templates have been impacted.

Hello
THanks for the reply.

Yes, I tried your suggestion before I posted the issue.

The only time there is a conflict is when the ACF and Jetpack plugins are activated.
(and now buddypress since I recently installed it.) If I deactivated them, everything works fine. when either of the three is activated(not all togethre- one a time) the issue comes back.

Also, deactivated the cache and refreshed and I didnt find anything from the link that helps with the issue.
