Hi Anamaria,

We don’t have cPanel, so We sent you access to FTP & WordPress Admin.

We sent them to the contact@tagdiv.com email. It Subject is (We can’t edit the page).

We are waiting for your reply.

Hi Anamaria, and thank you for your reply.

Now I did these options:
1- I added this code in the .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
2- I checked the wp-content/plugins directory and I don’t have .htaccess in it.
3- I deactivated all the plugins that I use on my website except the TagDiv plugins.

After all, I did not benefit. so what can I do more?

great thanks, could you please advise on what I can to do to :
1- have the news team activated.
2- activate the directory functionality only ( not the theam ) while i have the news theam already active.
