just want to raise my voice…this is unbelievable annoying. The bad support had me question the theme all along…but unfortunately it is to cumbersome to change. But I will definitely NOT RECOMMEND this theme to anyone anymore

Thx, but I am out of support. So I believe, that you cant help this way … right? I have set up everything correctly using the guidelines. What is normally causing this issue? for instance in the case above from the other user in the thread?
